  FAQs for getting started
 The main unit doesn't start.

Even after the power supply turns on, nothing appears in the screen.(still black)


‹When the Power Lamp is OFF›
- Power is not supplied to the main unit Is the power switch of the main unit ON?
Is the power cable wrong?
Is the power supply correct?

Check the above. If the problem doesn't improve, the lamp may have been damaged.
Please ask each site near your country and inform a service repair center.

‹When the backlight is OFF(no light can be seen from the gap of the upper part of the main unit›
- The backlight may be burnt out. Replace the backlight.

When the backlight doesn't turn ON even after it is replaced, it might get damaged.
Please ask each site near your country and inform a service repair center.


The power turns on, BIOS starts, but it doesn't proceed any further. An error occurs and the main unit doesn't start

- HDD might have an error.
Please ask each site near your country and inform a service repair center.
