31.5.10.1 Acceleration/Deceleration Pulse Output - Acceleration/Deceleration Pulse Output (LT Series)

Acceleration/deceleration pulse output is a function that gradually changes the frequency of pulse outputs from the start to the end of pulse outputs.

LT3000 Series

The output frequency in the pulse output increases from the initial output frequency (F0) to the normal output frequency (F) in the acceleration/deceleration time (T) gradually through 10 phases saving the same intervals. Then, it outputs the shot of the total pulse shot minus the pulse shot necessary for deceleration and decelerates through 10 phases as so in acceleration.

In addition to setting the output frequency (F) and the Output pulse count for the normal pulse output, set the initial output frequency (F0) and the acceleration/deceleration time (T).

LT4000 Series

You can use acceleration/deceleration pulse output as well as acceleration pulse output on the LT4000 Series.

Acceleration/Deceleration Pulse Output

Function that changes the frequency from the the begining to the end of outputs, for the specified number of pulse cycles.

F0: Initial output frequency

F: Output frequency

Ta: Acceleration time

Td: Deceleration time

Pulse output begins at the initial output frequency (F0). Over the acceleration time (Ta), frequency increases incrementally until reaching the normal output frequency (F).

After running pulse output at the normal output frequency (F), over the deceleration time (Td) frequency decelerates incrementally until reaching the initial output frequency (F0). Pulse output ends after the specified number of cycles.

Acceleration Pulse Output

Function that outputs pulses continuously, after the frequency changes to the defined value.

F0: Initial output frequency

F: Output frequency

Ta: Acceleration time

Pulse output begins at the initial output frequency (F0). Over the acceleration time (Ta), frequency increases incrementally until reaching the normal output frequency (F). After that, pulses continue to output at the normal output frequency (F).

To stop outputs, execute output stop using the system variable #L_ExIOSpCtrl or the PLSQ instruction. When running output stop, same as the acceleration/deceleration pulse output, the frequency decelerates incrementally over the deceleration time until reaching the initial output frequency (F0), and then the output ends.
